Deka Immobilien has secured a long-term lease of around 865 sqm of retail space in its KAMP-PROMENADE shopping center in Osnabrück (Große Straße) with Walbusch Filiale GmbH & Co. KG.
KAMP-PROMENADE is a modern, inner-city shopping center offering around 20,600 sqm of total rental space. Opened in 2004, it spans four floors and provides an attractive mix of retail, dining and services. A public underground car park with 291 spaces complements the offering.
The property is located in a prime position on one of Lower Saxony’s most popular shopping streets. The area is home to numerous well-known retailers and a wide range of dining options. Transport links are excellent – the main train station is just a few minutes away, while the A30, A1 and the airport can all be reached quickly. Among the center’s well-known tenants are Müller, MediaMarkt, Nanu-Nana and TK Maxx.
The property is part of the open-ended real estate fund WestInvest InterSelect.
VÖLKEL acted as an intermediary in the conclusion of the lease agreement for Deka Immobilien and has been responsible for the center management since 2017.
